Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of XEO Agent, a desktop app built by Limestone Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and run XEO Agent on your own computers. This is an Early Access release and may change or be discontinued.
Accounts
A free account is optional for single-page audits. A Pro subscription requires an account through AWS Cognito. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs under your account.
Acceptable use
- Only audit pages you own or have permission to check.
- Do not use the app to overload, attack, or disrupt any website.
- Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
Pro subscription and billing
The Pro tier is a recurring subscription billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown on the pricing section. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in the app; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund/Cancellation Policy for details.
The app is provided “as is”
XEO Agent is Early Access software provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limestone Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
