These terms govern your use of XEO Agent, a desktop app built by Limestone Labs LLC (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Your license to use the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and run XEO Agent on your own computers. This is an Early Access release and may change or be discontinued.
Website
These terms also cover the public website at xeoagent.com. The site is informational and does not require an account. We do not set cookies. See the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.
Updates
The desktop app may check our download servers for a newer version and, if you choose, install that version on your computer. Audit data on your disk is not part of an update.
Accounts
XEO Agent does not require an account. You can run page audits and site crawls without signing in.
Acceptable use
- Only audit pages you own or have permission to check.
- Do not use the app to overload, attack, or disrupt any website.
- Do not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the app.
Price
Current features of the app are free. There is no paid tier and no subscription.
The app is provided “as is”
XEO Agent is Early Access software provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that audit results will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Limestone Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
