Privacy Policy
XEO Agent is a desktop app built by Limestone Labs LLC. The marketing website is xeoagent.com. Audit work happens on your computer. There is no account and no paid product.
Audit data stays on your device
When you run an audit, XEO Agent fetches the HTML of the pages you ask it to check and stores the results — scores, findings, page content, and run history — in a local SQLite database on your computer. Audit data never leaves your device. We do not receive, transmit, or store your audit results, the URLs you audit, or the page content the app reads.
Cookies
We do not set cookies on the website or in the desktop app. We do not use advertising, analytics, or session cookies. A full statement is on the Cookie Policy page.
Website
xeoagent.com has no analytics, advertising pixels, or login. Pages are static. Download buttons may load a public manifest of installer URLs from this site so the correct file is offered for your operating system.
Network use by the desktop app
The app contacts the internet in two cases. First, when you start an audit, it fetches
the URLs you entered (and, for a site crawl, other pages on that site) from your computer.
Second, it checks
https://downloads.xeoagent.com/latest.json
for a newer version. If you choose Update now, it downloads that installer. Those update
requests do not include your audit data.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect analytics or tracking data about your use of the website.
- We do not use advertising or tracking pixels on this site.
- The desktop app does not send your audit results to us.
- The app does not require an account and does not process payment data.
Data retention
Audit data persists in your local database until you delete it from within the app or delete the app's local data from your computer.
Children
XEO Agent is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
