Refund/Cancellation Policy
XEO Agent is a subscription product built by Limestone Labs LLC. This policy explains refunds, renewals, and cancellation.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds for Pro subscription payments. All subscription fees are non-refundable, including fees for a billing period that has already started, except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal in the desktop app. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period and stops future renewals. You keep access to Pro features through that date and will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.
Before you subscribe
The free tier lets you audit single pages at no cost and with no time limit, so you can evaluate the app before paying. We encourage you to try the free tier before subscribing to Pro.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed in US dollars through Stripe. See the pricing section for current prices.
